What is an Endorsement Letter?

An endorsement letter can be completed by the nominee’s direct manager, a senior manager or a senior representative of a customer. The person providing the endorsement will not be the same person who is providing the nomination.
The letter of endorsement on company letterhead, should be a minimum of three paragraphs and outline their relationship with the candidate, perhaps the length of time they have known the candidate, what qualities and behaviours separates this person from their peers, and any significant achievements from their contribution to the company and/or timber industry.
Unfortunately, an endorsement from a colleague at the same or lower level will not be accepted.
